Tell us about you, why did you decide to be in this type of business?
When working with clients, it gives us great satisfaction to know we can make a difference in an individual’s life as it’s a passion of ours to serve people from all walks of life. With my years of expertise in the mortgage sector, and Richard’s years of experience in Leadership there isn't a period where we do not learn something new or come across a situation where we are in a position to help, and this excites us.
I have served in many positions over the last twenty years in this industry from sales to underwriting and now a Mortgage Broker. If there is a need, there is a solution, I have the distinct pleasure to aim and achieve this. I take a consultative approach towards financing that gives clients the education they need to make a wise decision. I consider myself to be a mortgage planner with the utmost compassion for people and is thrilled to be in the business of providing my holistic experience. Referrals from our growing business of satisfied clients has been the driver behind our business growth.

When looking for business financing, it's important to ensure that your financial records are in order and reflect the amount you are requesting towards the business projections.
Whether it is large or small advance, it is important to have a clear understanding of your financials to have a better understanding on where to begin in preparation to answer any questions an institute may have.
What is the best bit of wisdom you have learned while starting/operating your own business?
One of the best pieces of wisdom I've gained while starting my own business is to stay focused on my goals and not get discouraged by setbacks. It's important to keep pushing forward and to learn from any mistakes along the way. There are growing pains however by using wisdom you outgrow them.
Make it a priority to ensure you operate on a firm foundation, love your neighbors and surround yourself with a supporting cast that captures your vision.
