The Town’s Community Improvement Plans are designed to ensure Caledon’s villages and hamlets are vibrant and welcoming to businesses, residents, and visitors.
What is a Community Improvement Plan?
A Community Improvement Plan (CIP) provides municipal grants and financial incentives to support commercial and industrial property improvements. Caledon’s CIPs are available to offset costs for projects that keep Caledon’s business districts safe, beautiful, and environmentally friendly.
This includes funding for signage, façade, energy efficiency, and landscaping improvements, patio and outdoor cafes, development application fees, and more!
Caledon’s CIPs are designed to support the unique character of the Town’s scenic villages and hamlets.
